Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of client engagement: outreach, flight strategy, consultative sales, and closing.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients—crafting itineraries, guiding booking decisions, and resolving issues.
 - Maintain and grow client relationships by re-engaging past clients and following up on new leads.
 - Be the emergency contact for clients when needed, especially for time-sensitive travel matters.
 
Sales and Strategy Execution
- Use your knowledge of routes, loyalty programs, and luxury flying to provide optimal travel options.
 - Collaborate with internal concierge and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
 - Proactively apply judgment, empathy, and problem-solving to complex or urgent situations.
 - Improve communication and conversion strategies to drive consistent growth in you book of business
 
Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of experience in luxury service or selling high-ticket items
 - Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations.
 - Outstanding communication skills—warm, clear, persuasive across email, text, and voice.
 - Ownership mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
 - High integrity and discretion—you’ll manage sensitive and high-value transactions.
