Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly targets
 - Manage and grow relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and retail outlets
 - Oversee and monitor performance of field sales representatives and merchandisers in the region
 - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategy
 - Coordinate product promotions, in-store visibility, and market activations
 - Provide timely and accurate reports on sales
 - performance, forecasts, and regional feedback
 - Ensure proper execution of pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns in trade
 - Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely reorders
 
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
 - Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG regional or field sales
 - Must have experience selling kitchen ware products.i.e.CERAMIC TEA CUPS, PLATES, JUICE GLASS, COOKING POTS
 - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and reporting skills
 - Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region
 - Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
