KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing: Analyse tenders to understand individual requirements and how information can be used for the company's benefits and, eventually, build up the buying process for each account and link it with the principals. Map out therapeutic requirements of the key accounts and define areas of weakness, hence, opportunity. Spearhead communication with the institutions/clients in case of currency fluctuation to manage the increase price, while retaining customers. Collect, analyse and report key institution sales data to the Regional Manager and all relevant departments to help in business decision-making.
- Market Monitoring: Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Keep track of and evaluate the marketing activity of competitors. Analyse the market, product performance and launching of new products.
- Customer Relationship and Management: Keep abreast of new updates and trends in Marketing & Communication, and maintaining customer service relationships. Service Excellence: Attend to specific needs of customers internal and external, as well as third parties and ensure that queries and assistance are provided in a timely manner and in
- compliance with service standards set. Ensure that the service level provided is up to expectations and relay any matter impeding service level to Management. Engage and collaborate with Management on Service Excellence initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and governance.
- Reporting: Maintain and report accurate records of service and maintenance activities using the appropriate systems.
- Adaptability & General Support: Demonstrate initiative, resilience and a proactive mindset, embracing change and supporting additional finance or accounting responsibilities as may be assigned by management, in alignment with evolving business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in a science-related course.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in institutions/key accounts.
- Solid knowledge of key institutions.
- Marketing functions experience with an intensive exposure and proven track record on analytical reporting, presentations and business reviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally and resolve issues collaboratively.
- High level of integrity, discretion with customers' data, and the ability to manage competing priorities, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
