This is the entry for degree holders into this cadre. An Officer at this level will work under the supervision of a Senior Officer.

 Job Specification

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail assisting in;

• Scanning the market and developing new business;
• Appraising investment proposals;
• Ensuring timely disbursements to approved projects
• Monitoring post investment progress of projects;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Person Specification

For a candidate to be appointed to this position, they must have;

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce, Business, Economics, Engineering or any other relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Computer Applications.
• Good interpersonal, and communication skills;
• Team player;
• Meets the requirements of Chapter Six 6 of the Constitution of Kenya
