Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA-K essential, CIA, CISA (Added Advantage).
• Minimum 2-3 years of banking experience or equivalent financial institution.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, as well as to maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Sound analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently without external reporting, ensuring independent and objective reporting.
