Mission Description
- Processing and documentation of tenders to be approved
- Processing of commercial reports on weekly bases.
- Occasionally following up on clients shipments status and advising them accordingly.
- Organizing commercial meetings and taking minutes on weekly bases.
- Handle inquiries and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and CRM updates.
- Conduct calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant services.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and product demos if applicable.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through CRM management and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
- Provide timely follow-ups, quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Share regular sales reports and forecasts with management.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Administration or related field.
- Experience with CRM Tools
- 3years experience in inside sales and Logistics Industry.
