  • We are a Christian school seeking a qualified Human Resource HR Intern to support administrative, clerical, and logistical HR functions, including records management, recruitment support, leave tracking, staff welfare activities, and general HR office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize staff files, including contracts, appraisals, leave forms, certificates and retrieve documents for audits or HR processes.
  • Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing recruitment materials and organizing onboarding packages for new employees.
  • Maintain attendance registers, update leave records and support follow-ups on discrepancies while notifying HR Officers of payroll-related adjustments.
  • Respond to HR-related queries about policies, procedures, forms and handle document requests under supervision.
  • Support staff welfare activities, meetings, recognition events and assist in ensuring employee files are complete with compliance notices fully updated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Membership with IHRM or similar professional body.
  • Minimum 1 year in HR roles.
  • Valid certificate of good conduct.
