Responsibilities
Recruitment Support.
- Assist in posting job adverts and screening CVs.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communication with candidates.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist in organizing onboarding activities for new employees.

HR Administration and Documentation
- Draft employee letters such as confirmation letters, transfer letters, bank introduction, Embassy, school, pension, references and other official correspondence for review
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files (physical and digital)
- Ensuring all HR records are updated, filed correctly, and are easily accessible
- Assist in Scheduling of monthly staff meetings, finalizing agenda and minute taking
- Support with on and off-boarding of employees
- Support in immigration and global mobility
- Assist in organizing team bonding sessions, staff engagement programs, and wellness initiatives
- Provide basic support on HRIS tools as applicable
- Any other task that maybe assigned by the HR Management
Qualifications
Your competencies and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a generalist HR support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
