Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with mandatory membership to IHRM.
 - A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on process optimization, employee relations, and system improvements.
 - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
 - A deep understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices in Kenya.
 - A passion for improving people operations and contributing to a culture that values growth, inclusivity, and innovation.
