Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring plans
• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, feedback, and offers
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the ATS
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and compliance tracking
• Participate in employee engagement, retention, and internal mobility initiatives
• Support performance management processes and probation reviews
• Assist in HR policy implementation and day-to-day employee queries

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a staffing
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
