Key Responsibilities
Assist with filing, documentation, and records management
- Support recruitment activities such as CV sorting and interview coordination
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Handle basic HR correspondence and communication
- Support day-to-day HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good filing and record-keeping skills
- Computer literate MS Word, Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
