RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and guest services
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
- Supervise and support staff across departments, ensuring performance, motivation, and adherence to hotel policies
- Monitor expenses and revenues, and work proactively to improve profitability
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback professionally
- Implement marketing and sales initiatives to increase bookings and visibility
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Generate regular reports for management on operations and performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management,
- Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and optimize operations
- A business-minded individual with strong organizational and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an added advantage
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
