Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Drive aggressive but sustainable revenue targets across projects and product lines.
- Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal conversion. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets. Establish performance KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Identify new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and corporate segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers. Strengthen relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor strategies. Provide strategic insights to support product positioning and expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with project, production, and design teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction. Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, timelines, and cost.
- Prepare and manage the departmental sales budget to optimize cost efficiency and ROI. Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in Sales & Team Management
- Proven experience in wood products, interior design, fit-outs, or related industry Mandatory
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
