Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and hit aggressive revenue targets
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team
  • Establish sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting
  • Win high-value deals with clients such as banks, telecoms, and government ministries
  • Build strategic partnerships with global hyperscalers AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.​

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with 5+ years in senior revenue leadership roles VP Sales, CRO, etc.
  • Proven track record closing $5M+ deals in tech/software/AI services
  • Experience selling to enterprises and governments in Africa
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
