Key Responsibilities:
- Own and hit aggressive revenue targets
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team
- Establish sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting
- Win high-value deals with clients such as banks, telecoms, and government ministries
- Build strategic partnerships with global hyperscalers AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with 5+ years in senior revenue leadership roles VP Sales, CRO, etc.
- Proven track record closing $5M+ deals in tech/software/AI services
- Experience selling to enterprises and governments in Africa
- Strategic thinker with strong execution, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
