Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the Company's global brand identity and positioning
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Collaborate with CRO to accelerate sales cycles through marketing-qualified leads
- Oversee content marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and account-based marketing ABM initiatives.
- Position the Company as Africa’s AI thought leader through PR and media relations
- Manage employer branding to attract top talent globally
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred
- 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles CMO, VP Marketing, etc.
- Proven track record building brands from early-stage to market leadership
- Expertise in B2B tech marketing, including demand generation, ABM, and content
