Summary

TalentAris Advisory is recruiting a Head of Collections for their client in the debt recovery industry. The Head of Collections is accountable for driving the clients' core revenue performance through disciplined, compliant, and results-led collections operations. The role leads all collections teams and strategies to deliver portfolio profitability, consistent cash flow, and strong client outcomes. This position demands a hands-on leader with a strong execution mindset and the ability to scale performance across large operational teams.

Description
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage end-to-end collections operations across all assigned portfolios.
•Set and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly collections targets.
•Drive portfolio profitability, productivity, and sustained performance improvement.
•Lead, coach, and hold accountable Team Managers, Team Leaders, Agents, and Field Teams.
•Allocate resources and restructure teams to maximize efficiency and results.
•Enforce performance management, discipline, and consequence frameworks.
•Ensure strict adherence to quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
•Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence using data-driven insights to improve execution.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certification in credit management, finance, or leadership is an added advantage.
More Details on Experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in collections, credit management, or financial services.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large, target-driven teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in high-performance environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing dynamic stakeholder needs, including internal teams, clients, and partners.
