We’re looking for a Growth Associate to support Tana’s cofounders across all aspects of the sales process. You’ll play a critical role in preparing for prospect calls, creating high-impact client-facing materials, managing our CRM, and sourcing high-quality leads that drive growth. Responsibilities
- Prospect Research & Call Preparation: Research companies and individuals ahead of prospect calls; prepare detailed briefing notes with relevant insights and recommended talking points.
- Sales Collateral & Follow-ups: Create high-quality external-facing materials, including client overview decks, and follow-up emails tailored to each sales conversation.
- Lead Sourcing: Identify and build lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); use tools and platforms to find relevant contacts and companies.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM to ensure data integrity; log interactions, set follow-ups, and track deal progress accurately.
- Sales Operations: Help streamline our sales workflows, templatize successful materials, and support performance tracking across the pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, venture capital, consulting, or commercial support roles—ideally within a B2B context.
- Proven ability to create polished, external-facing presentations (e.g., in PowerPoint or Google Slides).
- Strong research skills and commercial judgment—you know how to assess companies and individuals for fit based on Tana’s ICP, and can surface insights that inform outreach and positioning.
- Experience working with sales tools and CRMs (ideally Pipedrive); you’re organized, systematic, and know how to keep sales data clean and actionable.
- Excellent written communication—you can track context across multiple conversations, capture relevant details, and draft thoughtful, professional emails.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments; you’re proactive, resourceful, and ask smart questions when something’s unclear
