Job Overview

Our client ,in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by attracting new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to understand their products, identify market opportunities, and contribute to their local and international expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of socks across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Build relationships with new clients while nurturing existing ones to ensure repeat business.
  • Confidently present products and explain the manufacturing process, including knitting and finishing, to customers.
  • Spot trends and gather insights to recommend new sales strategies and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client communications.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while supporting the wider team goals.
  • Represent the company at sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
  • Expand the customer base within your assigned territory by following up on leads and identifying new prospects.

Requirements

Key requirements.

  • A bachelor degree or diploma in sales 
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing within the garment or retail sector.
  • Previous experience in sock or textile manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Willingness to travel and engage face-to-face with clients when required.
