In this role, you will be responsible for Providing administrative and programmatic support to the Managing Director’s office . You will also serve as a dedicated project manager, coordinating and ensuring seamless execution of key business initiatives. This involves proactive coordination among senior management team members, key client contacts and the board. You are required to be highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of operating with result orientation and effectiveness to drive both executive administrative functions and business deliverables.
- You enjoy being the critical support system that ensures the Managing Director's office operates with efficiency and effectiveness.
- You possess an innate ability to organize complex information, maintain records, and coordinate across teams ensuring accuracy and integrity in all administrative and project-related tasks.
- You are gifted in managing and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders, professional bodies associations, and clients, understanding that these connections are crucial to the firm's success.
- You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced results-focused environment.
- Seeing yourself as a stakeholder in the business
- A Degree in Administration or Business Related Field.
- An individual with minimum of 5 years of experience in managing executive functions and competent in project management.
- Strong aptitude, a commercial mind and intellectual ability to grasp concepts and information in business and the communication field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven, motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
- Team player and able to fit in a professional services firm.
- Strong work ethic, self-driven and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships.
- Plans, organizes and prioritizes work to be able to set and meet stretch targets and strict deadlines
