Requirements
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling client meetings, board engagements, and travel arrangements.
 - Prepare and format high-quality reports, board evaluation documents, governance training materials, and executive search briefs.
 - Coordinate logistics for governance workshops, board retreats, and client engagements.
 - Liaise with senior executives, board members, and candidates with professionalism and confidentiality.
 - Support the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and documentation.
 - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for client and project records.
 - Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
 - Draft correspondence, proposals, and presentations as needed.
 
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a consulting, legal, or professional services environment.
 - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
 - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
 - Familiarity with corporate governance principles and board operations.
 - Experience supporting C-suite executives or board-level engagements.
