 Scheduling and administrative support:- 

  • Senior stakeholder management both within and outside the organization.
  • Manage the schedule for the CEO, including diary scheduling and arranging meetings and travel across various time zones. 
  • Act as the point of contact for general internal & external communications.
  • Prepare presentations and reports/papers for the CEO as required.
  • Support the CEO in the timely preparation of agendas and drive the schedule of monthly and quarterly meetings where necessary.
  • Track and report progress to relevant stakeholders on actions arising from all executive and governance meetings.
  • Preparation of reports, minutes, updates and other documents as required.
  • Administrative support e.g. invoice submissions/expense claims

Projects and events Management:-

  • Support team members in driving CEO projects. 
  • Handle logistics, communication, planning and coordination to create well-structured and productive events. 
  • Leverage various tech tools and systems for CRM management, document handling, and communication to enhance efficiency and organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/BSc or equivalent in Business Administration or similar field desirable.
  • At least four years of experience supporting Executives.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task. 
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and research skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Highest degree of professional standards, diplomatic and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience of managing or supporting projects
