Scheduling and administrative support:-
- Senior stakeholder management both within and outside the organization.
 - Manage the schedule for the CEO, including diary scheduling and arranging meetings and travel across various time zones.
 - Act as the point of contact for general internal & external communications.
 - Prepare presentations and reports/papers for the CEO as required.
 - Support the CEO in the timely preparation of agendas and drive the schedule of monthly and quarterly meetings where necessary.
 - Track and report progress to relevant stakeholders on actions arising from all executive and governance meetings.
 - Preparation of reports, minutes, updates and other documents as required.
 - Administrative support e.g. invoice submissions/expense claims
 
Projects and events Management:-
- Support team members in driving CEO projects.
 - Handle logistics, communication, planning and coordination to create well-structured and productive events.
 - Leverage various tech tools and systems for CRM management, document handling, and communication to enhance efficiency and organization.
 
Requirements
- BA/BS/BSc or equivalent in Business Administration or similar field desirable.
 - At least four years of experience supporting Executives.
 - Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task.
 - Strong critical thinking, analytical and research skills.
 - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
 - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
 - Highest degree of professional standards, diplomatic and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
 - Excellent writing and communication skills with high level of attention to detail.
 - Experience of managing or supporting projects
