Radio Africa Limited is one of Kenya’s leading media houses with both top national and top niche radio stations in Kenya and we are looking for a qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced Digital Sales Executive.
The purpose of this position is to implement and drive digital sales strategies for the Company within the digital platforms.
- Meet your performance targets and KPIs as set by management annually.
 - Develop strategic and competitive digital sales marketing concepts
 - Help drive revenue from Radio Africa Limited's current Radio and Print and Television advertisers on to our Digital Platforms
 - Acquire new clientele for using our Digital Platform
 - Collaborate effectively with Sales Executives across all departments in Radio Africa Limited
 - Maintain effective customer care through use of the company’s Customer Relationship Management system.
 - Submit weekly forecasts to help determine which clients to critically focus on to maximize sales volume and growth.
 - Follow up on collections and ensure timely payment
 - Adhere to the company’s credit policy with no debt beyond the 30-day credit period.
 - Provide excellent account management and in line with this cultivate first point contact between the stations and clients and use excellent interpersonal skills to keep the business relationships strong.
 - Handle sales administrative issues as necessary.
 - Conduct price surveys, customer satisfaction surveys and other market research in liaison with the R&D Department.
 - Conduct market intelligence on digital gaps and business opportunities and guide the Client Solutions team on opportunities on the ground and how best to take advantage of them.
 - Work closely with the Client Solutions section to prepare briefs that can sell and position them as per the Company’s strategy.
 - Prepare weekly reports and any other reports as agreed with the Ag. Social Media and Client Solutions Team Leader to provide timely guidance on any intervention.
 - Reconcile customers’ accounts on monthly basis and work with Accounts to ensure monthly statements are signed off and dispatched to agencies
 
- Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or a related field.
 - Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations.
 
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

 - Ability to keep abreast of the latest trends and seize opportunities
