The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support customer acquisition. The role includes managing digital and offline marketing activities, events, and content creation while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns for brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Manage Out-of-Home OOH marketing efforts, including billboards and Partner Day.
  • Coordinate participation in events such as industry academies, trade shows, and business expos.
  • Build and maintain the African customer success storybook to showcase client achievements.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital channels.
  • Run lead generation and nurturing campaigns through email, social media, and digital ads.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support relationship building with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Assist in coordinating co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.

Brand & Communication

  • Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s brand identity.
  • Develop promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Support internal communication campaigns to keep employees informed and engaged.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Marketing e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing Certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
