KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WORKING TOGETHER WITH THE PRINCIPAL:
- Provide visionary leadership in line with the institution's mission and values
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective educational programs
- Ensure compliance with educational/regulatory standards and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for both staff and students
- Oversee and Provide Leadership Towards Institutional Development and Growth
- Lead recruitment efforts and cultivate a high-performing team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the institution's reputation and community engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Profession
- Master's Degree Will Be Added Advantage
- TVETA Registration and Licensing
- Post Graduate Certification in Technical Training Education Pedagogy
- Possess and Demonstrate Qualities of Leadership and Management Skills
- Proven Experience in Academic Administration or Institutional Leadership
- Hands on Experience in Technical Education Teaching / Training
- Excellent Understanding of TVETA, TVET CDACC and CBET Requirements
- Strong Understanding of TVET Regulations, Curriculum Standards, and Compliance Frameworks
- Excellent Communication and Team-Management Skills
- High Level of Reliability, Flexibility and Effectiveness
- Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented, with a Passion for Training and Desire to Create Lasting Impact on Learners and the Industry
