Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma
• For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
• A cumulative number of Fifteen 15 years relevant work experience from the date of admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya OR served for three 3 years at the level of Senior Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions OR a Senior Management position in a comparable and relevant position in the Public or Private Sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution;
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from Council of Legal Education;
• Admission as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya;
• Member of the Law Society of Kenya;
• Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme from a recognized institution lasting not less than six 6 weeks; and vii. Meet the requirements of chapter six 6 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. NOTE: Possession of a Master’s degree in Law or any other relevant qualification from a recognized Institution will be an added advantage.
