Qualifications

• Masters Degree
• For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: i. Served in the grade of Senior Assistant Director Finance for at least three 3 years OR a minimum period of Fifteen 15 years relevant work experience, three 3 of which must have been in a Senior Management position in a comparable and relevant position in the Public or Private Sector
• Bachelor’s degree in either of the following: Business Administration Finance option or Accounting; Commerce Finance or Accounting option, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certified Public Accountant - CPAK part III or equivalent qualifications; iv. Member of relevant professional body;
• Master’s degree in Business Administration Finance option or Accounting, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme from a recognized institution lasting not less than six 6 weeks;
• Demonstrated professional competence and administrative capabilities in work performance and results; and
• Meet the requirements of chapter six 6 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
