  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Tire Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will assist consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors with inquiries related to specific tires or existing orders.

Role Overview

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails
  • Provide proactive and professional customer support
  • Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Maintain product knowledge to ensure best-in-class service
  • Explain complex processes clearly and guide customers step by step
  • Compare product features to guarantee customer satisfaction 

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–12 months of customer service experience
  • Enthusiasm for solving complex issues 
  • Adaptability and versatility to daily challenges
  • Retention/selling experience is a plus 
  • Consistent employment history
  • Technically savvy – must be comfortable with current technology 
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
