About This Role:

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media.
 - Manage customer orders, invoices by Ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
 - Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary
 - Maintain an updated customer database and truck customer interaction
 - Support marketing and sales initiatives, including promotion and customer outreach
 - Liaise with production and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.
 - Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvements.
 
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business management /Administration, marketing or related field
 - At least 3 years of experience in customer service. preferably in FMCG, food and or retail industry
 - Proficiency in MS office and basic CRM systems
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
