Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending daily reports on branch sales and collections.
- Banking of cash collections as per set branch limits
- Conclusively processes quotations as per the company SOP.
- 100% generation and issuance of relevant documents for all sales of goods and services from the branch
- Collects all customer data on job cards, uploads the customer data to Navision, and prepares weekly reports.
- Correctly processes customer orders and billing for services offered
- Communicates efficiently and effectively with customers on all ongoing promotions and special offers by both sending emails and calling customers on the database
- Nil customer complaints by conclusively handling customer issues and timely escalating them to the branch Manager if necessary.
- Nil customer complaints due to timely and professional response to all customer queries and requirements.
- Conclusively handles customer complaints, documentation, and reporting, with support from the technical department.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential customers to retain and grow branch sales of products and services.
- Prepares reports on customer follow-ups conducted.
- 100% documentation on stock received from suppliers through receipt of relevant documents & preparation of reports on stocks.
- Performs processes and services at the branch within the set company SOPs.
- Strictly adheres to issued MEMOS on branch operations
- Provides excellent quality of service to customers at the branch according to set company standards.
- Provides excellent face-to-face and over-the-telephone customer interaction in line with company policy.
- Daily reporting on sales and collections, and branch activities, i.e., number of walk-in customers, quotations done, sales, and follow-up done
- Weekly reporting on new customer data uploaded to Navision.
- Ensures that correct handover documentation is done on all handovers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related course field with a mean score of B+ and above in their KCSE with a B in English and Mathematics.
- Should be 26 years of age or below
- Good Communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
