Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- More than one 1 year of teaching or professional culinary industry experience.
- International Certificate in Culinary Arts is an added advantage
- Proven record of culinary excellence in professional kitchens or educational institutions.
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
