Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • More than one 1 year of teaching or professional culinary industry experience.
  • International Certificate in Culinary Arts is an added advantage
  • Proven record of culinary excellence in professional kitchens or educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of diverse cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and food presentation.
  • Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
  • Time management skills and attention to detail.
