ROLE
- Customer support and business growth as per current market demands
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Business Development Achieve sales targets, implement strategic sales plans, key account management, identify new products and market shifts, participate in local tenders, plan for new product registration.
- Market intelligence & Strategic Planning Monitor competitors, conduct country mapping and data collection, analyze market potential, manage inventory and liquidation plans, control distributor pricing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in computer applications with strong knowledge in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with collaborative mindset.
- Customer Relationship & Support Enter top-level customer service, build customer partnerships, follow up on payments.
- Internal Co-ordination & Reporting Submit MIS reports, update HOD regularly, coordinate regulatory matters, take on additional responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably a science background 0-2 years of experience
- Have pharma knowledge
