Job Description

  • Is the spokesperson of the brand on forums and social media: interact in real-time with consumers in social media channels ensure Customer Care topics escalations.
  • Create engaging social media content for our partners.
  • Assist in adaptation & implementation of monthly social media content provided by global team.
  • Participate in the development of real-time marketing: flagging opportunities content / activities and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in PR events to leverage interactions on social networks
  • Assist in reviewing influencers' paid brand content

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Has a business/ digital / medical degree
  • Is creative, experience with content creation
  • Is proficient at working with PowerPoint & Canva & Microsoft excel
  • Is passionate about marketing and brands
  • Is up to date with emerging social media trends such as on tiktok/ Meta
  • Has great organizational skills and is meticulous in execution
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit
