- This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven professional with a strong background in medical devices or healthcare capital equipment, capable of driving aggressive market expansion while leading and developing high-performing technical sales teams.
Key areas of impact include:
- Leading market expansion and competitive displacement strategies within key hospital accounts
- Developing and executing strategic account plans for high-value healthcare institutions
- Coaching and developing sales teams to foster a performance-driven, accountable sales culture
- Translating technical and clinical specifications into compelling value-based propositions
- Driving CRM-led pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Building long-term partnerships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and clinical leaders
- This opportunity is ideal for a professional with 7–10 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare capital equipment industry, including 3–5 years in a sales leadership role, and a proven ability to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen.
- Experience with critical care technologies, particularly ventilators, will be a strong advantage.
