Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial strategies, policies, and systems.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting following international standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure to maintain financial stability.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, tax planning, and compliance functions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Support the CEO and Board with financial insights and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial management experience, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
