Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Operator at Unateus, you will be at the forefront of our telemarketing efforts. Your role will involve:

  • Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce products and convert leads into orders for delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
  • Customer Engagement: Building rapport with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives while maintaining high-quality interactions with customers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately recording customer information and order details in our CRM.
  • Call Recordings: Record and upload all calls.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with our team and customers to address any issues or updates.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Call Center Operator at Unateus, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
