We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales, secure long-term cleaning contracts, and help us scale.

Your Key Responsibilities
Identify & Secure Corporate Clients
- Hunt for long-term cleaning contracts (Ksh 1M+ annual deals)
- Build relationships with facility managers, property developers, and corporate decision- makers
- Attend industry networking events, expos, and meetings to generate new leads
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and revenue
- Respond to tenders, RFQs, and proposal requests for facility management services
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Market Positioning & Partnerships
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position Arrow Facilities as the preferred service provider
- Partner with real estate firms, security companies, and corporate offices for referrals
- Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly contract targets with a structured sales pipeline
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance and client acquisition
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or facility management sales
- Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills
- Existing network of corporate clients & facility managers (a plus)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets
