Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Required profile for job ad : Business Development Manager - Nairobi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-7 years' experience in business development or sales
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Good knowledge of market research and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable
