Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Required profile for job ad : Business Development Manager - Nairobi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in business development or sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of market research and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable
