Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and sales pitches
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements
- Manage end-to-end sales process including negotiation and closure
- Maintain a structured and updated sales pipeline and reporting system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and business insights
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking functions when required
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar commercial role preferably Logistics industry
