Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet including customer service, human resource management, and sales activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
  • Be accountable for sales performance and the achievement of approved financial objectives.
  • Procure goods and services based on stock levels, demand, and operational requirements.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
  • Lead, motivate, assess, and develop staff to enhance performance and skills.
  • Prepare staff schedules, allocate responsibilities, and coordinate daily shop activities.
  • Monitor the quality of products and services provided to customers.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in line with applicable laws and internal procedures.
  • Manage daily cash collections and ensure secure and accurate reconciliation.
  • Carry out regular, periodic, and spot stock inventories.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • 4+years of branch/ store management experience in the retail industry
  • Experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.
  • Conversant and Knowledgeable in the use of ERP.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management ability
