Role Objective

  • The BIZ Sales Manager will play a vital role in Mawingu's national growth and customer expansion as the role focuses on driving revenue, growing the enterprise customer base, and improving customer retention and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution: Implement enterprise sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Business Growth: Expand enterprise customer base and increase revenue through new acquisitions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to improve customer experience, reduce disconnections, and guide product/marketing strategies.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect field data to support marketing, branding. and product development decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Represent enterprise team in decisions on tech deployment and service enhancements.
  • Team Support: Evolve the team and provide support in related tasks as needed.

  • Strong sales leadership and revenue-driving capabilities

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Business, Communications, or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in enterprise sales within the ISP industry
  • In-depth understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
