We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in daily outlet operations
• Maintain and elevate service standards across all outlets
• Oversee staff scheduling and staff training initiatives
• Lead daily briefings and staff training initiatives
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld
• Monitor buffet presentation and service quality
• Drive ala carte sales and guest satisfaction
• Manage stock control and operational efficiency
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field with minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role
• Work experience in a 4-Star hotel or resort
• All-Inclusive AI experience is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational ability
• Professional, proactive, and service-driven
