Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or related field Experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial services
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Experience in microfinance or lending is a plus
