The successful candidate will provide academic and administrative leadership for the Middle School section, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Middle School teachers
• Coordinate curriculum implementation in line with CBC requirements
• Monitor and track learners’ academic performance and progress
• Develop and oversee action plans to improve academic outcomes
• Ensure effective lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
• Promote discipline and positive student behavior
• Organize meetings with teachers, parents, and students
• Support staff professional development and performance management
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping within the department

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Education Bachelor’s Degree in Education is an added advantage
• TSC Registration Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of CBC and competency-based assessment
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
